The Sebastian Hotel will serve as the Official Host Hotel for the 2011 Vail Film Festival. The Sebastian will host Festival Screenings, the Opening and Closing Night Galas, and the Festival’s Hospitality Lounge.

CinéBistro at Solaris is an extraordinary dinner-and-movie going experience now open in Vail Village, just steps away from Beaver Creek. Guests enjoy the convenience of reserved seating, where seat choices are made online or at the time of purchase at our Concierge Desk. The pampering experience continues with oversized, soft leather seating, full-service, in-theater dining and state-of-the-art all digital projection for world-class movie viewing. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff provides full food and beverage service directly to guests at their seats. Enjoy American Bistro cuisine, exquisitely prepared by Executive Chef Isaac Stewart and his culinary staff. To enjoy service inside the auditoriums, guests need to arrive 30 minutes before showtime. The menu features a selection of “Previews” such as, Brie with Balsamic Figs, Chesapeake Bay Crab Dip, the Crispy and Tender Popcorn Chicken, Rock Shrimp, or Calamari Trio. Popular “Features” include Lump Blue Crab Cakes served with pan-roasted asparagus and oven tomatoes, Grilled Filet of Beef with a Pinot Noir Demi-glaze, and Fettuccine Al Forno tossed in roasted garlic cream sauce. Our menu also includes a selection of sandwiches, salads, and sumptuous homemade desserts. CinéBistro offers an extensive wine list (most available by the glass) as well as classic and signature cocktails. In addition to three intimate auditoriums, our luxurious surroundings include a sophisticated, yet cozy bar and lounge enjoy cocktails, dining or Apres-ski with friends, whether or not you choose to see a movie. CineBistro welcomes families until 8pm, after that time only guests 21 and over, with proper ID, will be allowed.
